Dear FAOMRA Member,

Please click to find attached an application for the RENEWAL of your FAOMRA membership for Fiscal Year 2007 (July 1, 2007 - June 30, 2008). As you know, FAOMRA has established an annual due of $1,000 for member agencies.

For those regulatory agencies that are not able to afford the full $1,000 membership dues, the FAOMRA Bylaws state, “the Board of Directors may waive the annual dues or a portion of the annual dues for extenuating circumstances.” If your regulatory agency is not able to pay the full dues, please send a written explanation of the extenuating circumstances and a statement of the amount the regulatory agency is able to pay for dues. Members of the FAOMRA Board will review your request and respond with an answer as soon as possible.
